I grew up in the middle of the Dolomites and belong to the ancient minority of the Ladins. This mountain region and the ladin speaking valleys are therefore my specialties.

I would be pleased to take you throughout my home and enable you the unforgettable experience of landscape, nature, culture, language, regional customs and typical food of the gorgeous Dolomites UNESCO heritage.

special interests

I like to work out and execute tailor made trips with easy walks, tasting of local food, small cooking class, visit original craftsmen and authentic farms with their typical architecture and settlement shape, so as talking about ladin language and point out its existence in daily life.

Isarco/Eisacktal valley – Chiusa/Klausen

Isarco/Eisacktal valley widens out a little, you can find the town of Chiusa/Klausen – a medieval gem with winding alleys, a picturesque historic centre and a timeless atmosphere. Nestled among lush vineyards and close to the Dolomites, it is a holiday destination of incredible variety.

Dolomites

For centuries the Dolomites have preserved among their impressive peaks the ancient language and traditions of the Ladins, one of Italy’s linguistic minorities. But it is the unparalleled beauty of the Dolomites that has made them the epitome of South Tyrol’s mountainscape.

Pusteria/Pustertal valley

The green Pusteria/Pustertal valley extends between the Rieserferner-Ahrn Nature Park, on the main ridge of the Alps, and the Three Peaks area in the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Alpe di Siusi/Seiser Alm and the Sciliar/Schlern area

The Sciliar/Schlern area, named after the massif, extends across a sub-mountainous area south of Chiusa/Klausen, just below the wide Alpe di Siusi /Seiser Alp plateau. The area is home to several idyllic villages such as Castelrotto/Kastelruth, Siusi/Seis and Fiè/Völs.
